Payment
Payment will be accepted in US dollars by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Cashiers or Certified Checks for all purchases. Personal or business checks will be accepted for prepaid orders but please allow for 10 days for clearing. All checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $35.00 service charge. All checks should be made out to Retriever World LLC.

Shipment
Retriever World uses common carriers to deliver your order. All shipments go prepaid. All shipping charges will be added to your invoice. We attempt to minimize your freight cost. All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. Selection of any other carrier must be negotiated with us. We do not make C.O.D. shipment. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Restricted Items
Retriever World LLC offers some goods for purchase that may me restricted by Federal, State, and or Local law. Retriever World LLC is an authorized dealer of all the goods it offers for sale, but Retriever World LLC does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws,

Blank training pistols, dummy launchers, blank cartridges, etc cannot be shipped by the US Postal Service. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any blackpowder guns, and associated items, reloading components, crossbows, air guns, blank firing guns, launchers, paintball guns, slingshots, and knives and any other regulated items depending upon the jurisdiction in which you reside. Further, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 922(D)(1)-(9), you cannot be under a legal disability to purchase certain restricted items.. Also, there may be some international restrictions and you will need to check with your countries customs office for details. If you are purchasing any of the above mentioned items, you warrant that you have read this notice and that you are an adult and are not under any legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing, owning, possessing or transferring the item or items you are ordering. Due to special shipping requirements for powder and primers, an extra hazardous material charge will be applied to each order in addition to regular shipping charges. Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments or packages which appear to be damaged should be refuse at the time of delivery. Call us at 1-888-464-0114 for all damaged or lost shipments.

Return Procedure
To return an item to Retriever World:

1. For safety reasons, ammunition, blank firing training pistols, dummy launchers, guns, blackpowder guns and associated items, reloading components, crossbows, air guns, paintball guns, slingshots, and knives and any other regulated items and any other hazardous materials cannot be returned.
2. Books and Video tapes and any art work are not eligible for return. With the exception of a manufacturers defect. Special orders that are made to order items are not eligible for return.

3. Package your return in the original carton. All returns products must be complete including original packing, accessories, parts, manuals, etc.
4. Please include packing slip and a brief explanation for reason of return and what action- refund or exchange.
